Essential Supplies

AFFILIATES DISCLAIMER

As of 2016, I will do my best to list most of the supplies that were used for a particular project under each post. In most cases, the supply list will not contain information on essentials like cardstock, adhesives, markers, etc - see information below related to the ones most commonly used by me.

I will mostly link to Simon Says Stamp, since this is a shop that both the US based and non-US based readers can purchase from.

Please note that I am a Simon Says Stamp affiliate, which means that if you purchase supplies through the links provided on my blog, I will get a small commission from the shop, without any additional cost to you.

By making purchases through the links I provide, you support my blog and sponsor any future giveaways, for which I am truly grateful. Please know that I only link to products that I use and recommend.

ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES

ADHESIVES:
I usually source adhesives in shops local to me, for convenience purposes. You can find the double sided tape I currently use here, the roller/snail adhesive here. 3D foam tape and foam squares usually come from random stationery shops and/or Mr Price. I am not all that professional as you can see ;o)

CARDSTOCK:
Unless otherwise stated, I currently use a discontinued cardstock line by Papermania (Papermania Colossal Mixed Colour 12x12 Card Pack), and packs of A4 colourful cardstock that I get through Tchibo Online (yes, they sell crafty stuff from time to time!). For white/cream card bases I usually use Anita's brand or again go cheap & cheerful and source the bases in stationery shops and/or Mr Price.

MARKERS:
I am only starting my Copic collection, and before I expand it, I want to use up the few ProMarkers that I bought at the beginning of my adventure with cardmaking. I own two older sets of ProMarkers (Set 1 and the Blending Set VIVID), and for now I'll be mostly using these, along with the few Copics I have. Should you require more information on colours used on a particular project, please don't hesitate to ask. *Please note that ProMarkers have since been re-branded to Winsor Newton, however I don't own any of the new re-branded markers, hence cannot comment on their qualities.

TRIMMER:
I use the A3 Woodware FinguerGuard trimmer at the moment, and whilst not 100% happy with it, it does the job to 95% of my satisfaction, an it will have to do for now :o)
Update: as of late January 2017, I finally upgraded my trimmer to a Tonic Guillotine, and I couldn't be happier with it! I highly recommend it!

DIE CUTTING MACHINE:
I use the Sizzix Big Shot for all my die-cutting (unless otherwise stated). Mine is the old pink and black version
